以下記錄檢索策略修改的思考程序以及結果，並依據此結果進行實際文獻篩選與初步結果整理。

前次已完成[共同決策]的完整策略檢索，本次以[臨床試驗]進行完整策略檢索，但檢索過程中發現以Mesh terms進行檢索會找到review類文章，而此文章並非是我想要的類型，因此新增排除條件。而最終選定的檢索策略為策略5: 共同決策[Title] [Title/Abstract] AND臨床試驗[publication type] [Mesh terms] NOT排除文章類型[review/ guideline] AND 限制年代[近5年內] →136篇

策略2	共同決策AND臨床試驗[Mesh terms] →145篇 (沒有限定年代) (shared decision making[Title] OR patient participation[Title/Abstract] OR patient involvement[Title/Abstract]) AND ("Clinical Trials as Topic"[mesh:noexp] OR "controlled clinical trials as topic"[mesh:noexp] OR "randomized controlled trials as topic"[mesh:noexp]) ※文章類型會出現研究指導手冊、文獻回顧或統合分析類的文獻，導致檢索精確率下降。思考如何排除回顧類文獻並思考為何以Mesh terms進行檢索，所得筆數反而下降。 ※查閱策略1的結果可發現，文獻出刊類型符合clinical trial其未必會有關的Mesh terms標籤。因此繼續思考如何增加精確率與回收率。
