本週的討論議題主要有兩個:1.確認心理計量特性是否開課；2.匯報共同決策文獻閱讀結果。

一、確認心理計量特性課程是否開課?
1.背景:碩一其它研究團隊的同學對於謝老師的心理計量課程很感興趣。
2.問題:下學期，謝老師的心理計量特性這門課是否會開課?

二、文獻整理

內容整理:

1.相關概念

 a.在1972年，”sharing of decision making”這一詞彙第一次在Veatch學者的論文中被使用。(Models for Ethical Medicine in a Revolutionary Age: What physician-patient roles foster the most ethical relationship?)

b.直到1997年，shared decision-making的概念才開始出現在研究文獻中。而其中此劃時代的文獻為Charles所發表的”Shared decision making in the medical encounter: what does it mean? (or: it takes at least two to tango”。

c.支持共同決策的理由:倫理因素、實務差異

Ø 倫理因素:強調個案自主，因此有患者人權運動以及知情同意的規範由以醫師為基礎轉變為以患者為基礎。

Ø 實務差異:在偏好敏感決策中並沒有最佳策略，是因為效益傷害比率的證據不充足，或者是效益傷害比率是依據個案的價值。因此開始有研究探討共同決策模式是否可以減少醫療支出。

2.主要成果:共同決策4個步驟以及溝通策略。

a.步驟1專家告知個案需要下決定，且重視個案的想法。

b.步驟2專家說明選項的優缺點。

c.步驟3專家與個案討論個案的偏好並提供支持。

d.步驟4專家與個案討論個案的決策角色偏好(如自己決定或委託決策)以及討論可能的後續追蹤。

個人觀點

1.我覺得Stiggelbout在這篇文章中提供我一個切入點來強調共同決策方案之重要性的idea，如:以醫學倫理的觀點以及偏好敏感決策的差異。

2.我覺得此篇文章的優點是針對四個步驟提供一個溝通模版，讓提供者可以更具體地知道在此過程中該如何與個案溝通。

3.我認為Stiggelbout所提出的4步驟說明並沒有明顯優於Elwyn的三步驟Talk model。且我認為Stiggelbout關於4步驟的描述並不好記憶。因此，此篇文獻的4個步驟先Keep in mind，未來再確定是否使用。
